Why am I having problems with my shopping cart?

Once you start ordering your products you must use update cart or the continue shopping icons do not use the back button. You will receive an error message if you use the back button. You will have to start your order over. You may also receive a error message saying that shipping must be more than zero pounds.

Where can I make suggestions for new products?

Please send your suggestions to tammie.vanleeuwen@kbslp.com.  We review all suggestions and try to accommodate as many requests as possible based on current need and demand. 

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping charges are based on actual item weight and by using standard rates of the method of shipment you choose. There is a $5.00 handling charge for each order processed.

What methods of payment do you accept for my order?

  • Visa
  • MasterCard

How long until my order is delivered?

Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the time you place the order.  However, if any item you purchased is out of stock at the time of your order, the delivery time could be extended. You will be contacted by a customer service representative if this becomes the case.
